「カカオニブ」とは、焙煎したカカオ豆を荒く砕いたものです。ナッツのような歯触りで、噛みごたえがあリます。甘味はありません。程良い苦味とコクがあり、鼻から抜ける心地よい香りがあります。そのままポリポリ食べても良いですしアイスクリームにかけたり、ヨーグルトに混ぜたり、焼き菓子やケーキのアクセントにお楽しみください。
